Who we are

This website is operated by Vita Hydra Life Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. These terms apply to all orders placed through this site. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products

VH Life is a food supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Adults only. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed when we email confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before dispatch if a correction affects your order.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout and are billed to your saved payment method. You can pause or cancel at any time before your next billing date from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling stops all future charges.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is as described in our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are as described in our refund policy. Neither affects your statutory rights.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

All content on this site, including the VH Life name, wordmark and packaging design, belongs to Vita Hydra Life Ltd or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
