The sachet
What is VH Life?
One berry sachet a day, mixed into 250 to 500ml of cold water. The box names six complexes: superfoods and botanicals, vitamins and minerals, functional aminos, digestive enzymes, mushrooms and adaptogens, and electrolytes and mineral salts. Every ingredient is listed under What's inside.
How do I take it?
Tear one sachet, pour it into 250 to 500ml of cold water, stir for about ten seconds, and drink. Once a day, ideally in the morning.
What does it taste like?
Berry. It mixes into cold water as a light berry drink. The box is marked Sugar Free; it is sweetened with steviol glycosides.
Is it vegan and sugar-free?
Yes. The box is marked Suitable for Vegans, Sugar Free and Non GMO.
Who should not take it?
As printed on the box, it is not to be consumed by children, adolescents, or pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you take medication, including anticoagulant or antiplatelet medicines, ask your doctor first: the sachet contains vitamins K1 and K2. Biotin can affect some blood test results, so tell your doctor you take VH Life before a blood test.
Can I take it alongside other supplements?
VH Life is dosed high on several nutrients: vitamin C at 1,125% NRV and biotin at 2,000% NRV per sachet. Check your total daily intake before doubling up with other supplements.
How long until I notice a difference?
Everyone is different, so we do not promise a change by a set date. Take one sachet a day, every day. What each nutrient does is set out on the product page, in the wording UK law allows.
Plans and prices
How does the subscription work?
Two boxes, 28 sachets, for £49.99 every 4 weeks, which is £1.79 a day. It renews automatically every 4 weeks until you pause or cancel from your account.
What is the 7-day trial?
Seven sachets for £12.99, one payment and nothing recurring. It is one per customer.
Can I buy one box without subscribing?
Yes. One box of 14 sachets is £34.99, a single payment with nothing recurring.
How do I pause or cancel?
From your account, at any time before your next billing date, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future charges.
Delivery and returns
Where do you deliver?
To United Kingdom addresses only, for now. Free UK delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed by 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Later orders, and orders at weekends or on bank holidays, go out the next working day. UK delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch, and you get a tracking email when your order ships.
Can I return it?
Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened boxes or used sachets. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you. The full terms are in our refund policy.
