Our 30-day returns promise

If you change your mind, you can return any unopened box within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Opened products

VH Life is a sealed food supplement. For health protection and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of boxes that have been opened or sachets that have been used, and these are not eligible for a refund. This reflects the exemption for sealed goods in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any return postage. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subscriptions

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date from your account, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops all future charges. Boxes already dispatched follow the returns rules above.

How to return

Email us at info@vhlifelongevity.com with your order number and we will confirm the return address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
