Things worth knowing before you take it. The vitamin D (62.5µg) is above the NHS everyday suggestion of 10µg and under the NHS advice not to take more than 100µg a day, so add up any other vitamin D you take. Biotin at 1,000µg can affect some blood test results, so tell your doctor before a blood test. If you take anticoagulant or antiplatelet medicines, ask your doctor before use, because the sachet contains vitamin K.
