VH Life is a UK-made daily food supplement for adults: one 11.8g berry sachet in cold water, with 87 actives across six complexes, as printed on the box. It is vegan and sugar-free. What is in a VH Life sachet?

87 actives in six complexes, as printed on the box: superfoods and botanicals, vitamins and minerals, amino acids, electrolytes, mushrooms and adaptogens, and enzymes with live cultures. Every vitamin and mineral dose is on the label.

Which claims does VH Life carry?
