Our 30-day returns promise

If you change your mind, you can return any unopened box within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Opened products

VH Life is a sealed food supplement. For health protection and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of boxes that have been opened or sachets that have been used, and these are not eligible for a refund. This reflects the exemption for sealed goods in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any return postage. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subscriptions

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date from your account, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops all future charges. Boxes already dispatched follow the returns rules above.

How to return

Email us with your order number and we will confirm the return address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Free UK shipping is included on every order, with no minimum spend.

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier straight away.

This policy explains how Vita Hydra Life Ltd ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you use this website or buy from us.

What we collect

When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number and order history. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. When you browse, we collect device and usage information through cookies and similar technologies, used to run the site, remember your basket and understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfil orders and subscriptions, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations, and, only where you have opted in, send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that make the shop work: Shopify (our store platform), payment providers, delivery carriers and, where you have opted in, our email marketing provider. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required for tax and legal purposes, and account information for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete and receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the form above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

International transfers

Where information is processed outside the UK, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy decisions.

Our products

VH Life is a food supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Adults only. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed when we email confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before dispatch if a correction affects your order.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout and are billed to your saved payment method. You can pause or cancel at any time before your next billing date from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling stops all future charges.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is as described in our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are as described in our refund policy. Neither affects your statutory rights.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Content and trademarks

All content on this site, including the vh life name, wordmark and packaging design, belongs to Vita Hydra Life Ltd or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, though nothing prevents you from relying on mandatory consumer protections of the part of the UK where you live.
