Delivery, couriers and missing parcels: how VH Life orders actually ship

Across the best-known UK supplement brands, the single biggest source of one-star reviews isn't the product. It's the parcel: paid for express and it took a week, dispatch email but no dispatch, courier "attempted delivery" with no card, a chatbot loop and no human. We can't fix other people's couriers, but we can tell you exactly how ours works, so you know what to expect and who to contact.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. After 3pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, they go the next working day. You get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time and cost

Standard UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend, and typically takes two to three working days from dispatch. We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only. Boxes are light (14 sachets is well under a kilo), so there is no "over 20kg, collect from the depot" problem.

If your parcel hasn't arrived

Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first; it will show whether the courier has attempted delivery or left it with a neighbour or in a safe place. If it hasn't arrived within seven working days of dispatch, email info@vhlifelongevity.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier straight away and sort out a replacement or a refund.

If it arrives damaged or wrong

Tell us within 30 days, with a photo if you can, and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including any return postage. Damaged in transit is our problem, not yours.

Wrong address or need to change an order

Email us as soon as you can with the order number. If the parcel hasn't been dispatched we'll change it. If it has, we'll work it out with the courier. This is the one where speed matters, because same-day dispatch cuts both ways.

Reaching a person

Email info@vhlifelongevity.com or use the contact form. We aim to reply within one working day. Put your order number in the message and it goes faster.

Subscriptions and delivery

Subscription deliveries (two boxes, 28 sachets, every four weeks) follow the same dispatch rules. You can pause or cancel before the next billing date from your account or by emailing us. If you're going away, pause it rather than letting boxes stack up.

Why we're writing this down

Because reviewers of other brands were right to be angry, and the fix is boring: say what you'll do, then do it. If we ever fall short of the above, tell us, and leave the review. We'd rather know.
