What is the best supplement for the brain?
The clearest authorised brain claim is for an omega-3: DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function, at 250mg a day, and VH Life contains no omega-3. VH Life provides other nutrients with narrower claims. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function, iodine contributes to normal cognitive function, and pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance. No supplement may claim to prevent dementia or sharpen your mind.
