Will it help me sleep or recover?
We can’t claim that, and we won’t. No vitamin or mineral in it has an approved sleep or recovery claim. What we can say: potassium, magnesium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function, and vitamin B12, vitamin C and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Does it replace protein or creatine?
No. VH Life has no protein and no creatine. Keep those as they are.
I already take ZMA or zinc. Can I take both?
Check first. One sachet has 15mg of zinc. The NHS advises adults not to take more than 25mg of zinc a day from supplements, and many ZMA products have 30mg on their own. Pick one. The same goes for vitamin B6 (the NHS says no more than 10mg a day from supplements; ZMA often has about 10mg, a sachet has 1.4mg) and vitamin D (a sachet has 62.5µg; the NHS says no more than 100µg a day in total).
Should I get my bloods done first?
If you’re tired all the time, see your GP. This doesn’t replace that. If you’re having blood tests, tell the nurse you take biotin (1,000µg a sachet), because it can affect some results, including thyroid and hormone tests.

Is it safe with my other medicines?
VH Life contains vitamin K, cranberry, co-enzyme Q10, ginkgo, turmeric and ginseng. If you take warfarin, the NHS advises against vitamin K supplements and cranberry products, so ask your anticoagulant clinic before you start. If you take another blood thinner, or any regular medicine, check with your GP or pharmacist first. Adults only.
